Currently I'm doing this dvd:

and I absolutely love it. It's organized nicely, low-impact with plenty of gentle stretching so there really isn't a lot of pain during or after, the workouts are only 20 minutes and it's easy to do fewer reps/follow modifications when I can't do something. I really recommend it. The first workout is a bit intimidating, quite a few pushups, but after that they're easier - and as you go you build up strength and stamina.

Also: bellydance. World Dance New York puts out quite a few really good dvds. They're nice and gentle for beginners, but there's always room for mastery.
