Re: Exercise routine - what's yours?

I exercise at home using ChaLean Extreme and TurboFire. I follow a hybrid schedule combining both programs, which generally amounts to anywhere from 45-90 minutes of exercise 5-6 days a week.

Chalene is very inspiring and all of her workouts are ridiculously fun. I'm already down 86 lbs (in 11 months), and extremely close to my weight loss goal. :)

TurboFire focuses more on cardio, whereas ChaLean incorporates both cardio and strength training. I use both because I have the time, but you can easily choose one or the other. It will definitely be less time consuming (generally 30-45 mins per exercise).
