JFC there's a syndrome for every little aspect of day-to-day life now, isn't there?

Misophonia is an actual disorder, it's not a label. People who suffer from it have an automatic fight or flight response to certain sounds. Like hitting the gas and going from 0 to 100 in a second. It's not just "Oh dear, that is annoying".
