Re: Exercise routine - what's yours?

I have an elliptical that I do 45-60 minutes on 6 days a week. (Also, walking at work on lunch and breaks since I sit behind a desk.)

I've never done the couch to 5k thing, but I was just reading the site, and it it sounds like a pretty good program. You work up to running if you are in poor shape. I like that it gives you a goal besides "I want to be at this weight." (Because "I want to be at this weight," is the kind of goal that is giving me issues right now since I'm not meeting it. It's very frustrating.) Anyway, I don't run either, but now I'm kind of interested in this program.

But, anon, start out slow. I started with 15 minutes a day just to get some kind of activity it. I know you didn't ask for advice, but there's mine.
