Tampons.

I used to use pads but it was miserable. I'd have to sleep on my side or else it'd leak during the night, and sometimes the wings wouldn't stick, and so on and so on. It feels like I'm wearing a diaper all day, and I was afraid to go to a thinner pad because I had heavy days. Granted that got better after I went on the pill.

Tampons are awesome. And they really improved life for a lot of women.
