Re: Exercise routine - what's yours?

I love barre workouts, such as The Bar Method and Physique 57. Barre workouts are my only form of exercise, since they provide pretty much everything I need, and for someone wanting to get into shape, they're a great form of strength training. I like them because they require focus, patience, and concentration.

Since neither have any studios in my area for live classes, I rely on the dvds, which are just as effective. I keep a steady workout rotation with them, which takes up to an hour a day, six days a week.
