School ended a week ago but I barely started packing to move out of my apartment yet. I feel like I spent so much time in the studio that leaving feels wrong, somehow. :'^( Oh school, how I will miss you in the summer.

In other news, how acceptable is it that I'm shipping Captain Harlock and Black Jack right now after watching the former's anime...? Feels like I've regressed to middle school weeaboo stage, but their interactions would be so perfect.

I'm trying to start a bunch of essays (3 by May 17), but I've been watching terrible TV shows instead for the past 3 days. Someone save me...

I am trying to connect a friend's laptop to her wifi network but it has been no a-go. And no one has been able to crack this. What are we doing wrong?

option a) restart the wifi modem (plug in and out)

option b) is the security type correct? i have no idea how you can find out, but maybe there's a googleable solution...

We did the option A already. (Three times a lady, even.) Still bumpkis.

Everything checks out. It just won't connect.

Deets about the laptop? Make, model, won't connect to router? I have Windows 7 and if you right click on the connections bars, it'll pop up a window asking troubleshoot problems, and open network and connection center. Have you tried the troubleshooting and/or looking the network center? What does it say? Do you know the router password is correct and being typed in correct?

Try googling laptop modem won't connect to the internet w/the laptop deets.

I am going to chaperone a group of kids from my old high school on an overnight trip soon! I just got the information package for chaperones today and it was all talking about ratios of students to "adults" and I think it's pretty hilarious that I AM THE ADULT AHAHAHA

also I left this comment page up on the family computer and went upstairs and then my dad came downstairs and presumably looked at it? oh welllll

I'm in animation, so the animation studio! Long nights spent there have given me some sort of stockholm syndrome.

I'm supposed to start my A Levels on Monday! ...except that my mum has been bickering with my dad because she wants me to wait so she can send me to England so she can send me to this Islamic college where I can get 'a real British education' :o I'm very excited either way!

I work two jobs, but not a ton of crazy hours or anything. Right now hoping to get this contract that'll get me a bunch of extra hours at this law firm... I could so use it, I can't pay my bills and move fast enough :(

I play all the video games ever, only really keeping up with Game of Thrones and Vikings (and Defiance when I remember) for TV. Hoping to get to PAX Prime this summer - tickets are sold out but if I can buy a friend's...

Well, I'm currently figuring out which websites to delete off my giant saved page. F!S is in, all my RPing groups are out. Trying to decrease my internet habits. Ironic, seeing as how I'm still ON the internet, but eh, baby steps.
