Also "the raven head". (Admittedly, his hair is pretty bird-like, but it's always reminded me more of a hawk or eagle.)

My personal favourite (and by 'favourite' I mean 'most unrelentingly awful') was 'the blackenette'. Like. I'm pretty sure that's not a word, and shouldn't be one.
