I went online and found a place to rent for a month so I'd have time to find a permanent place, then I called Mayflower and arranged to have them pack up everything I own and store it for a month. Then I called them back and had them deliver it all to my new place.

I couldn't get a transfer where I worked even though they're a national company, so I went job hunting online and put in my notice when I found a job with a new company. This place was actually my second choice for where I wanted to live but I couldn't find a job in my first choice over the internet and couldn't afford to take time off my job to go there to job hunt in person.
