I personally find his body language and facial expressions hot, but then...I'm fascinated by non-verbal communication.

Also, I like 'em tall, lanky and woobie. Color me weird.

Well, yeah. Tall, dark, silent, scarily efficient, good with children ... Possibly a bit stalkerish for some tastes, but overall pretty good.

I don't find him sexy (fascinating, more like), but it seems to me like that's an image the people working on the show are actually going for. I mean, aside from the heels and all that, his animation has a very sensual quality to it. It took a while for me to pin it down, but I think that's one of the larger factors, along with his characterization. And Blum.

That, and as someone before mentioned, it's Starscream. He has a built-in fandom all to his own.

Gladly! He's slinky and slender and sinuous and delicate, with long, graceful claws and elegant legs, and the voice is so cultured and delicious, and his gestures are so mannerly, and he's hot when he's scared, and under that there's the threat that he's going to rip out someone's heart with his bare hands.

It's definitely the legs and especially the heels for me. I have no idea why I find this attractive because normally I usually don't, but damn, this guy's got a nice pair of legs.

Also, this character is when I noticed Steve Blum's voice is ridiculously hot. Prior, I never got the appeal. I'm sorry it took me this long to realize that.

Because he's the only who the voice artist has managed to give an actual character to. All the rest they might as well be just reciting their lines, but for some reason when it comes to Starscream there is (in that campy overblown way) an actual character with motivations that are just about understandable. The only one who comes close is Knockout.

I don't understand the appeal of the 'cons in general. It's kinda creepy how much fandom prefers/sympathizes more with evil characters. o_o;
