I don't have any feelings about this show or your secret, but that is one seriously unflattering dress on that woman.

I don't know if it's unflattering, but it's not really special. It's basically the most generic wedding dress I can imagine, and I think it makes her look more boring is the only thing.

My sister's way of picking out her dress was: "well, I never would have picked this out, but I love it."

Love this secret, anon! I think if I ever get married, I might have to use the same strategy.


(Also I love all the "what an unflattering dress" comments. I don't think it's that horrible to be honest, but also I always assumed that was the point - Donna wasn't supposed to be getting married then and so nothing about the wedding was "right" including the dress.)

I think it's more just that the dress suits Donna's character at that point. That Donna would have liked it. It works for the show, also it's a bad pic, I don't remember the dress being that bad, just a bit generic.
