Any dark and twisted Doctor/Rose really, but especially this.

Gen procedural-type (can be any field; would be cool to get hard SF procedural fanfic), with secondary/tertiary characters.

Come to think of it. Does anyone have any recommendations for actual fic which meets that criteria?

A very long post-Skyfall James Bond/Q fic where while in a mission James asks Q to secretly come over to whatever country he's in to decrypt a super secret file. Of course everything goes to hell and both of them must fight to survive and eliminate the bad guy.
Q learns what's it's really like to be James Bond.
They also realize their feelings for each other ~

I didn't realize how much I wanted this until right now. I'd write it myself, but I don't produce fic in non-American fandoms as a general rule. :/

I started watching Spooks because my flatmate has a serious Richard Armitage situation right now, and ended up watching all 10 seasons. Now I want fic. I'd kill for Harry/Lucas or Lucas/Ros, basically.

Any Bleak House fic not about Esther/Jarndyce. I just want to ship Esther/Woodcourt, and it's canon, but the teeny Bleak House fandom apparently digs Esther/Woodcourt.

Otherwise a long, epic fic about comics/Marvel characters I like.

Steve/Bucky fic where Steve has been in love with Bucky FOREVER, and it isn't until he's unfrozen that he realizes there's a name for it, and that it's okay. Then Bucky comes back.

RDJ Holmes hurt/comfort fic in which Holmes's observational instincts go into overdrive and cause a quasi-panic attack state and nobody knows how to pull him out except for Mycroft, who's been through the whole thing a thousand times since they were children

Zombies, Run fic that really goes into detail about Eugene's amputation. Like, how he got the injury, how it healed up, how it affects his day to day life. I've seen some good stuff, but most of the fic tends to throw in a reference to his crutches and that's it.
