I'd like to read a fic where McCoy is the initiator of the relationship. All the fic I've read features Kirk as an indiscriminate slut who just happens to fall in love with a reluctant or repressed McCoy.

I can't remember if it was that way in Switch, but try that one. It's the EPIC fic in that fandom and deserves the praise it gets.
