(Anonymous) 2013-04-30 03:13 am (UTC)(link)I do agree with what you are saying, but you are wrong in that artists don't get this. And it gets worse in that, people expect us to be okay when anyone takes our work and changes it or decides that a good feedback would be "Hey! This is great work, but the characters you chose are completely stupid together and you wasted all that time, will you redraw it with the characters I want instead?"
Especially nowadays on tumblr. The most feedback we get is likes or reblogs. Hardly ever have I received a comment that wasn't just to tell what I could change about it to suit their personal ship better.
