OP I totally agree. Cat had to choice but to be reminded everyday of what Ned did and there was nothing she could. She couldn't leave. Not like she can divorce him. But you are going to have a hard time getting Fandom to see her pain because most of them are too busy wanting to get into Jon's pants. So they vilify anyone who doesn't kiss his ass. And yes it was shitty thing to say that she wished it was him instead of Bran but people say shitty things all the time in a moment of incredible stress and grief.

Jon was a whiny baby. Cat was terrible to him. They were stuck in a shitty situation created by Ned. So what? Jon was still a whiny baby and Cat was still shitty to him, even if she was great otherwise.

Not liking Cat at her worse =/= having the hots for Jon.
