Xellos in Slayers. I think it's a combination of his voice (Japanese version only!), him being such a goddamn TEASE and still unfailingly polite at all times. And there's something about how he's immensely powerful, but most of the time you couldn't tell by looking at him or talking to him. It's like he's constantly holding back, but effortlessly.

And, of course, we get to see him hurt and screaming a couple of times, and that's usually the point where I start crushing really helplessly on characters.
