Yeah, as soon as more people started to post fic in one of my fandoms, the overall quality dipped instantly. More variety, though, even if very little of it is my cup of tea.

Actually there are a lot of douchy types out there who really do think that fandom exists for their benefit. As soon as they grow out of that belief a new crop arrives and on and on.
