Pretty hard to watch a show you've never heard of. Which is why I asked the question, for those 2 people who actually had. So you could answer. That's how discussion works.

What the previous rude anon is saying is that the show is REALLY about learning to love your body/self. It's set in a fat camp because that is an obvious source of conflict in the battle for body positivity.

That doesn't mean that the show was effective at that purpose.
