Okay, so Grey’s Anatomy (which I admit I’ve only watched the first few seasons on Lifetime) is very soapy, however, it has
- Strong, complex female characters
- Non-stereotypical characters of color
- Realistic portrayals of women
- A greater range of physical types
- And, yes, also skinny, pretty white guys

The Good Wife has
- Strong, complex female characters
- Canon bisexual character
- Non-stereotypical characters of color
- Realistic portrayals of women
- And, yes, also maybe one or two skinny, pretty white guys

Person of Interest has
- Strong, complex female characters
- Non-stereotypical characters of color
- Realistic portrayals of women
- A greater range of physical types
- And I suppose Reese might fit the skinny, pretty white guy (although, really, I’d call him a scarily efficient fighting machine with pretty eyes)

Warehouse 13 has
- Strong, complex female characters
- Non-stereotypical characters of color
- Realistic portrayals of women
- A greater range of physical types
- And, yes, also skinny, pretty white guys

And there are other shows, but it's okay if you don't like any of these. Just because a show includes some elements that you are looking for, that doesn't make it a show you want to watch. The theme and the writing and plots and the acting and a lot of other things go into the overall show and if one of them doesn't suit you (and doesn't have to be bad not to suit you), you're not going to watch the show. Just like if something has all these ingredients that you like, but the texture or the smell bother you, you probably aren't going to eat it.
