14. Sometimes I'm sad that the fandom isn't larger (cause it totally deserves to be), but most of the time I'm just happy it is the way it is. It's the best and nicest and most fun fandom I've ever been in, to tell the truth. Also, those 4chan posts in the background makes me even more glad that it's small, because I'd hate to have people like that ruining it.

18. Have you even played the game? Do you know the first thing about the actual character? You know, beyond the fact that he's "beautiful". Talk about coming across as utterly shallow.

thanks for that - and no, i haven't played the game, it's ADVENT CHILDREN i'm talking about. you don't have to play FF7 to enjoy the movie, love the characters, think vincent's a hottie and post a secret about it.

as for you, why don't you get off your high horse and look at what you do with your free time? you go to a community where people are supposed to be able to get things off their chests, and you bash them. that's bloody brilliant. whatever was in your ass when you woke up this morning? i'd like some of it, because obviously i'm not enough of a human being to have a crush on a MOVIE character.

Yeah, you're pretty much the epitome of why I can't truly enjoy AC alright. Of course you have to play the game in order to claim you "love the characters", I can't believe anyone would be stupid enough to think otherwise (much less use it a defensive argument O_o). Fine if you want to be that shallow and only care about looks, I don't care! But don't sit there and try to justify it, acting as if you're as much of a fan as the rest of us. Because you're not, and you never will be either.

LOL, obviously you haven't been around fandomsecrets for very long. Slamming people for their secrets is what a good 50% of the replies are all about. And for the record, I was very polite and nice about it -- compared to a lot of others.

In closing, grow up. Judging from your mature reply (fuck this and fuck that, and things up people's asses, oh my!), and the fact that you only care about the most shallow aspect of the fandom; I'm assuming you're what, 13 years old? God knows you act like a stereotypical teenage loser, at least.

okay. it was late, i had a horrid day, and then i came and found that little ray of fuckshine. of course i'm going to tell you to go fuck yourself.

i guess that if you're not mature enough to accept that some people don't play video games, then that's your problem. i shouldn't have tried to rationalize with someone who's so obviously mired in their own self-deceit.

advent children is one of my favorite movies. vincent is my favorite character in that movie. that's about it, really - i waxed too poetic in the secret and look what it gets me. truth is, i'm not obsessed with him, i don't dream about him, i'm not really even in love with him - i just think he's a pretty bundle of ex-turk and violent rags. oh! am i not supposed to know his background, by only watching the movie? i'm so sorry that i actually research characters i like. i may not have played the game, but i know the entire story.

i just reread your reply and found another gem: you think you were being polite? you were being condescending and rude. you're assuming only 13-year-old fangirl brats post secrets about the beauty of a character. i'm sorry that i wasn't more eloquent about my knowledge of his backstory despite not being a gamer. i'm sorry that you've got such narrow views. and i'm also sorry that i wasn't clear enough in my first reply: FUCK YOU.
