Well they're still doing the same damn thing. The only difference is that now they can't insist that Harry/Hermione will still happen so they just hop on their high horse and talk about how Rowling missed out on writing what could have been one of the greatest love stories ever told.

Oh wait. They can. Harry and Hermione are sharing a furtive glance in the epilogue which is evidence of their affair. If it can be called an affair... since technically she didn't blatantly say that the OBHWF couples are married.

One thing the Harry/Hermione fans have proven is that the books really were all about romance to them, and that's just depressing.

People poke fun at them because it's fun to do.
