Same; I mean, The X-Files, sort of, but their relationship progressed sloooowwwly and Mulder wasn't persistently nagging Scully for them to get together.

But yeah, Castle in particular I'm familiar with, and while there was flirting and teasing, it progressed pretty genuinely I thought, and it wasn't Castle just nagging at Beckett for them to get together.
