Me too, and I'd totally be doing it myself if I only had the guts. The closest I've gotten is playing in a band where neckties was part of our concert costumes. It made me feel ridiculously empowered.

Do it! I'm a woman who kind of cross-dresses somewhat regularly (pretty much, if I'm getting dressed up to go out with friends, about 60% of the time I'll do collared shirt+vest+tie. Or sometimes blazer+fedora.) It's awesome, and I feel bad-ass. I'd do it more often, but finding vests/shirts/jackets in a men's style that fit a short, curvy woman is hard. I also do guys cargo shorts as regular weekend wear.

Plus, women in menswear styled clothing are super hot.

Lots of women wear neckties, it's no longer a "men only" thing.

Wear what makes you happy!

I enjoy committing to androgyny. I rarely wear button-down shirts on their own because I think I look like a stereotypical dyke (I am, I just don't have the stereotypical wardrobe) and a frumpy one at that; but if I wore it with a blazer and tie, it somehow comes back to a sexy androgynous place.
