The only thing that comes to mind for me is Chase and Cameron on House. Granted, it's been a long time since I saw those episodes so I can't remember how it was resolved (well, they were married, so they obviously got together eventually, but I can't remember how it was handled) but he specifically told her that he was going to keep asking her out until she finally gave in.
