(Anonymous) 2013-05-05 12:32 am (UTC)(link)His writing though, from what I've seen of it, tends to swing between a rare flash of "okay that was kind of good" and a majority standard of mediocre, recycled soap opera/sitcom-ish plots that tend to not hang together very well upon closer examination.

Oh, oh, is this a good place to reiterate my crack theory that the entirety of Moffat's writing career on Doctor Who has been based on lessons he learned from "Silver Nemesis"? I mean, JNT didn't write it but he did produce it...
