You are officially my favourite person on the internet ^_^

I admit, I can see where people get the whole River's life revolves around the Doctor thing from but I think they really make it bigger than it is. I actually think, along with the increase in immaturity, the big thing for that is the fact that we don't see River when she's not around the Doctor and is off doing awesome things on her own. She clearly has a rich and vibrant life away from him (for example, her life as Melody Malone, which only involved the Doctor after Rory appeared unexpectedly) but, because all we get are her appearances on Doctor Who, it seems like she doesn't do much else.
