elmers glue/egg whites/hairspray/hair gel. you know, mohawk stuff. cause if you can make a a 10cm+ mohawk stand, pretty sure we can do his hair.

Elmer's glue - really? I had no idea. Is it hard work to wash the glue out, or not so much since it's not Crazy Glue?

Elmer's glue is water-based, so it'll wash out of most things with warm/room-temp water. :]

in a scrapped scene/section of the original game, (in the honeybee inn, I think, google "glitterberri final fantasy vii"), Cloud says he doesn't wash it

Believe it or not, some people's hair is naturally like that. Got a couple of them in my family. If you're not a lucky carrier of anime hair genes, there's always glue.
