Well I like listening to women just like me reading sex scenes we both find arousing, provided they are good readers. Maybe because I'm bi, but I don't think that's all of it. A lot of people's issues with podfic seem to spring from shame about fanfic and porn. You hate that other people aren't as embarrassed by it as you would be.
