yeah i'd hold off on "omg dump him"... there could be factors that have nothing to do with your weight. your medical issues, or even HE might have medical issues (how old is he? low testosterone is NOT uncommon)... if you have medical issues that cause pain he might be afraid to hurt you. don't just outright dump him, talk to him about it. good luck, OP. i'm sure you look beautiful.
