gotta love how everyone here immediately screams that he's disgusting and an ass, but you know if the genders were reversed and it were a fat guy and a skinny girl, no one would give a shit about his feelings. oh the irony.

some people just aren't sexually attracted to certain body types or features and there's nothing wrong with that. it doesn't make him an ass or a monster if the sexual attraction isn't there on his end anymore because some people need that sexual attraction in a relationship. but it also means that if this is the case, the two of you are no longer compatible, so it may be time to part ways and find someone who will be into you.

by all means, if it's not working out anymore, they should end things. but there's no need to demonize the guy in the process because the lack of sexual attraction on his end probably isn't any more his fault than the weight gain on the part of the op is.
