Late comment is late, but...

Yes to all of this.

Same with cursing. It always boggles my mind that Season 3 of Supernatural is rated FSK18 (NC-17) in Germany (my guess is for Dean's death scene, the other seasons are rated FSK16) - but they're not even allowed to say "fuck"?! You're really more concerned about a word than about one of the main characters getting ripped apart in gorey detail?! Different cultures and all, but that just makes no sense to me.
