Re: Recent Changes in Your Fandom-Related Opinions

I recently rewatched Torchwood: Children of Earth and I'm scratching my head and wondering why I was complaining. It is the awesomest. Not perfect at all, but still the awesomest. Granted, it was more that I didn't want to like it when I saw it the first time and was trying to convince myself not to like it, not that I genuinely didn't like it the first time around. Sooooo...my opinion hasn't actually changed, as much as I've accepted my opinion. My brain is strange.

I guess I just didn't want to admit to myself I liked something whose message is "humans suck and everything is horrible and if you ever try to do anything good ever it will destroy your life unless you die young and if there is a god he should spit on us for sucking so much."
