Re: The Show/Movie/Game that always makes you sob like a baby?

You don't have to reply to everyone or "feel bad". Your habit of replying to everyone is incredibly fucking irritating and it has made me deliberately avoid a lot of your threads that I would otherwise have participated in.

No one cares whether you reply or not. You're not so special that people are replying just for the sake of your input. They're replying because hey, someone put up a thread that sparked some fun thinking for them. They're not doing it for you.

I am going to reply to you out of spite.

But fine. I won't reply to anyone any more assbutt. Except the ones that interest me. Which is all of them oddly enough.

And I doubt I want your jerkface replying anyway. You probably enjoy horrible things. -__-

nayrt - LOL! Pug! Noticeably skinnier than my pug, but maybe I can pass it off as her anyway. Totally stealing this GIF. :-D

...whoa we have a badass here.

Seriously, dude, chill down.

Whilst I understand that you do not care if they reply to your posts, why do you feel it possible to speak for everyone else?..

I agree that there's no reason to feel bad for not replying to everyone. The rest of your comment is just pure bullshit.

I love that there are some people who will reply to anons here and have an actual conversation with us.

"I love that there are some people who will reply to anons here and have an actual conversation with us."

This is absolutely the ONLY reason I spend as much time on F!S-GC as I do.

Holy overreaction Batman!

But seriously, they probably just want to let everyone know their input is appreciated, or try to spark up discussions of their own. Either way it's no big deal. Just don't read the responses you don't want to.

Yeah. I just don't want someone to be like, "I like this thing!" And then just get no response whatsoever. If that happened to me, I might be like "Oh god is the thing I'm interested in something I should be ashamed of???"

Usually it's rather "no one gives a flying fuck about the thing I'm interested in", I suppose.

Haha, yea, that's what I usually assume. (Still, replies are always appreciated imo.)

Wow, what crawled up your butt and died?

Gotta say, I appreciate getting a reply. Like, "Hey, someone actually read what I had to say! :)". Not that I think they have to reply, I just think it's nice when they do.

I just don't want anyone to think their responses are not important. You never know when someone might be having a bad day and just need a little bit of acknowledgement.

Awww, I think that's really sweet of you. I can tell you that it's cheered me up before! So thanks! :D

I've had bad days where just someone saying Hi to me and asking after me, probably helped me a lot.

Someone is in a bad mood. And one day they are going to be having a shitty day and they will post something on here in hopes someone will strike up a conversation with them and make them feel as if they matter. And I will be there waiting, watching. And I will tell them Hi and ask how they are because I am not an asshole like they are.

They're anon though. Most likely you'll just be acting genuinely nice, but on their end anon will be like "kaijinscendre!!!!" and their head will spin 360°, spit fire and they'll flip a table.

That'd be hilarious; I'd love to see that.

Jerkass reply is jerkass. If Kaijinscendre replies and you don't want to hold a conversation, THEN DON'T REPLY BACK. It's not that hard of a concept.

Some people come to online forums because they want to hold conversations and talk to others. Which is what these threads are for.
