Legend of Zelda: ending of Ocarina (if you actually think about what's going to happen to Link next), Hyrule is drowned in Wind Waker, MIDNA'S FUCKING DEPARTURE D8 (I also teared up when they got to that part of the music during the Twilight Princess movement at the Zelda symphony), Byrne's sacrifice in Spirit Tracks and the 'In Remembrance of Byrne' track after the battle, and from Skyward Sword, Link's despair when he realises Zelda is missing, that entire goddamn scene in the Temple of Hylia (YOU KNOW WHICH ONE I MEAN D8), and basically the entire ending from Fi onwards.
Pokemon: Ghetsis verbally abusing N near the end of BW, and again in BW2. I really, really fucking hate Ghetsis ;_; (I also got happy tears at the end of the credits for BW2, with Rosa running home to her Mum. Baby <3 )
Doctor Who: The Master's death in Last of the Time Lords. Donna's mindwipe D8 The Master saves the Doctor in The End of Time. Amy decides on potential suicide in Amy's Choice. Rory's death in Cold Blood. Old Amy is abandoned in The Girl Who Waited. Oswin's realisation in Asylum of the Daleks. And JESUS FUCKING CHRIST I WAS FULL-ON SOBBING FOR FIFTEEN MINUTES AFTER THE ANGELS TAKE MANHATTAN. (Started at the jump. Didn't stop until it was well and truly over.) And then the P.S. short afterwards... ...Goddamn the Ponds for giving me so many feels.
Harry Potter: Dumbledore's death. (And in the movie, the wands being raised.) HEDWIG'S DEATH D8 DOBBY'S DEATH D8 (Book AND movie - saw it with a friend and we were clinging to each other and crying.) The chapter The Forest Again.
Lord of the Rings: Like all of it shut up.
Brave: Merida believes her mother is gone for good.
