He didn't even have a line in FoTR (he was just some guy standing there at the council of Elrond when Frodo made the decision to take the Ring to Mordor, hence the name Figwit = Frodo Is Great Who Is That) but then there was a big craze Hi Mel! and PJ brought him back and gave him a line or two in RotK.
Oh and he's Bret McKenzie and therefore lovely.

Seriously +1. I met Brett after a FotC concert and he is one of the nicest people (goes double for Jemaine).
