(Anonymous) 2013-05-13 11:40 pm (UTC)(link)Actually, that's the one thing there isn't a mod for. You can, however, save right before the birth*, then quit and reload over and over until it's the sex you want.
*This can't be done after the "there's a new family member on the way" message pops up, so do it during the labor pains beforehand.
If we're talking about the Sims 3:

I've never actually tried for a boy specifically, but I've never had a problem getting girls after feeding up my pregnant sims with heaps of watermelon.
