$200 is balcony -- either dead center but nosebleed, or all the way off to one side but the first row.

On the plus side, there aren't any obstructed seats and the sound system is really good. I may just end up being the dork who shows up with the genuine antique opera glasses. :)

As for hype -- I assume that once it dies down, the touring shows will die off.
