The closest fic I've found is a Suits fandom fic titled "Needs Must" which includes the tag "praise kink".

If nothing else, all of them should be pretty good because I had them bookmarked... Also when it comes to BDSM and Alpha/Beta/Omega I am really picky, because like you I don't like a lot of the aspects that are brought up.

On your edit: Brought to you from one of the mods of CCfinders over at Tumblr. the only thing I do for fandom is helping people find Clint/Coulson fics...
