Death Note's Light/L, I think. Pretty common ship, but I guess I'm pretty vanilla when it comes to shipping, and they're my only actual hate ship. Besides, one of them is trying to put the other in jail, and he on his part wants the first guy dead, so ...

Another pairing from another fandom is "the world's most powerful sorceress; still in her teens"/"Incredibly powerful demon; probably a few thousand years old; technically evil but always polite, and can play nice when he feels like it; probably doesn't have a sex drive, but is sadistic by nature". Sometimes they're allies, sometimes they're enemies; the former has described the latter as "useful item #4". I suppose that's a pretty fucked up pairing too.
