False accusations? Do you know how much sympathy this world has for a male rape victim? I don't think almost any guy would want to falsely report himself as raped. If anything, male rape is vastly under reported, possibly more than even female rape is under reported just because of the mindset that "men can't get raped" that even male rape victims sometimes believe.
