I think anybody who claims to be a "nongender" is a fucking moron. It reeks of "somebody give me a special snowflake label because I'm not a walking stereotype of what a girl/boy "should" be!"

"nongender" is significantly better than some of the things people call you for not being a walking stereotype etc anyway.

is it all genderqueer people that you feel this way about or just "nongender" people?

Mostly just "nongender," though, I suppose it depends on how you define genderqueer.

i would think that "nongender" falls under the umbrella (ella ella ay ay ay) of genderqueer, personally.

admittedly i also find it difficult to imagine living outside of gender constructs altogether, but i can appreciate people wanting to define things for themselves as opposed to having others do it for them.

anyway, i hope you know that there have been a lot of genders (more than 2) in existence throughout history and on several continents; it's not just a thing the internet made up to shout people down through reblogs.

It's confusing, I know, but I really do feel there is a difference between being genderqueer or nongender and "not a walking stereotype of what a girl/boy should be". In a way I'm oddly glad that you have the luxury of not understanding.
