I kind of agree. Sofia is always right, but it's a so very black and white kind of right. There was an episode where they had a princess test to get to, and on the way there was a teacher who needed help carrying her books through the forest and to her house.

Now Amber and her group were like, "Sorry, got to take a test." Sofia ends up being conflicted about needing to take the test or helping--ultimately she helps because that's the "right" thing to do (and of course, that was the real princess test and she ends up with the best score).

Now, the whole time though, I'm sitting there like, "What the fuck message is this?!" Sure, helping people is awesome, but a teacher basically begging a child to blow off her responsibilities to help them with something menial? A child being asked to help an adult they barely know carry books into the woods to an isolated location? Um, what are you teaching my daughter Disney, because I would have flipped my shit had my kid done what Sofia did. Amber went and took her test like she should have, didn't wander off with a stranger, and yet Sofia was the golden child.
