I am not pissed at you because you confused the two, I am pissed at you because I can't stand when people spell the last names wrong. At this point everyone knows how to spell Cumberbatch and the variations of spelling his last name are such a played out joke.

I unno, the various spellings of Cumberbatch's name still amuse me...

So long as they're presented as 'having fun with an incredibly fun name', not 'I don't like this guy, so I'm gonna misspell his name'. Cuz Benedict Cumberbatch is a really fun name, and it's hella fun to play with it...but misspelling the name to make a point about how much you dislike him is just...stupid. (The same goes for M Night Shyamalan.)
