Can someone give me advice? Because I've made a fanmix and I want to post it on my Tumblr but one person I know IRL follows me on there and I don't want her to see it (chances are she would miss it anyways or think I reblogged it from somewhere) because I'm scared she'll tell other IRL people that secretly on my Tumblr I make fanmixes for video games.

Maybe times have changed but when I was a kid at least, you only knew fandom terms if you were actually in fandom.

It's just music. I don't see why, even if they're as catty as you say they are, they might make a deal out of it, or why anyone who knows you personally should think there's any credence to what she may say.

Still, sounds like you need to get a second tumblr blog you can freely post anything to without worry. It's a shame there's no proper filtering on tumblr similar to lj/dw.
