All too many people can't figure it out up until the very end of their lives, so you're most definitely not alone, and there's a lot ahead of you.

In fact, I'm not even sure if it's so important to know "who you are and what you want". These things are flexible, they change from one year to another.

Plus I'm quite sure that 25 is still pretty young in regard to emotional maturity.

In any case, these characters are awesome and associating yourself with them is awesome! Like, yes, it doesn't happen terribly often in real life, but I hope you find your IRL analogue of their catharses.

(if it's of any consolation, I'm positive that I'll never get as emotionally mature as most people around me seem to be. Doesn't really bother me, though)

I've kind of started to think that most people around me aren't as emotionally mature as most people around me seem to be. If you see what I mean.

Yeah, I totally see it, and I do suspect that you're right. But I turn out to be significantly below the average.

This, for sure!

I'm graduating college soon (ceremony's tomorrow, I get my diploma...eventually) and I thought so many people had everything together. Then, talking to friends and acquaintances, I realized that I'm not the only one that doesn't have my shit together right now.

OP is most certainly not alone.
