I've lost a lot of weight in the past year and when I realized that my boobs, which had always been rather spectacular if I do say so myself, were seriously shrinking...I cried. Like a baby.

I went down from a 42DD to a 34B and I'm not really happy about it. I would have loved to have stopped at a C cup...

Same here! I'm really, really considering it. I still want to lose about 15-20 lbs before I start aiming to maintain my weight and tone my body rather than lose, and I don't even want to THINK about possibly going down another cup size (and I have a feeling I am). Thank gosh my bum remained curvy (though nowhere near as "bang" as it was). If I'd lost that, too, I'd be utterly miserable.

Don't get me wrong-- I love the way my body looks (I've worked my ass off for it-- nearly 95 lbs gone, now!)...but the transition from having gloriously ample breasts to two tiny lumps that I have to squish together with my hands just to get a little cleavage is not what I was expecting.

If they get any smaller I'm seriously going to start considering surgery. I never thought I would, but I never counted on feeling so unattractive with small breasts.

Heck, I never thought I'd have small breasts to begin with!

Oh, I'm sure they do. It's just not for me. I've had big breasts all my life. I LIKED having big breasts. Even when I was heavy I liked the look of them, and I loved that I always had ample cleavage.

I never wanted small breasts for myself. It irritates me every time I wear a low cut shirt that I no longer have much to show. I'd always been so proud of my breasts, and to be so small now... I don't think I'll ever get used to it. I was always hoping they'd go down a few sized, but I never imagined that they'd get so tiny! And they're still shrinking. It's so disappointing.

I'm bisexual and I have no problem feeling attraction towards small-breasted women. Honestly, sometimes I even find it really sexy. But it's just not for me.

I feel where you're coming from only I'm the opposite side! I've gained about 15 pounds over the course of the last 2 years and went from an A cup to now nearing a C and I have to say, while I don't enjoy the fat around my stomach, I LOVE that I actually have ample breasts. I used to get made fun of in college for having smaller breasts than the rest of the girls and I felt so...I dunno childish for still wearing an A cup. Despite the weight gain I feel totally attractive because now I have stuff you can actually grab and I can show off without being like "yea I'm wearing two bras to pad these babies out, what you think about that"!

Like the nonnie above I also lost a massive amount of weight, and as a consequence my breasts seriously started to sag. I've been saving up for breast lift for two years now. I should have enough money accumulated by next year.

And you're right, by the way. My boyfriend really doesn't care that my breasts sag so much, but I do. Despite his constant reassurances I always feel so self-conscious. I even have sex in my bra more often than not because seeing them hang there like that kills the mood for ME.

It's all about doing what makes you most happy with your appearance. If that means cosmetic surgery, do it.

Yeah, that's one of the shitty things about losing weight. Sadly, it seems like my breasts are the first part of me to go when I lose weight. When I gain weight, I gain it all around the middle, so it seems like THAT should be the first part to go! Ugh!
