If this is directed at the forum and forumite I think it is, then no the OP should not be the one to change. It was quite a decent forum antil one person made it their business to be as unpleasant as and as prolific about it as possible. It should be them, not the OP to GTFO

I thought they meant forums as general fan community anywhere.

Sorry your space changed for the worse though. Unless it's something you can take up with the mods, "we were here first" is pretty flimsy reasoning.
