I'm turning 30 in a couple months, have only just in the last couple months figured out what I want, and I don't have the balls to go through with it.

Remember! When you figure out where you want to be and who you want to be do it with courage! And if you currently have a job with 401k matching, try to time that figuring out thing to coincide with you not having to forfeit some of your retirement money. Seriously. It totally jacks with the dream momentum.
