refer back to the first sentence of AYRT's logic, though, it's more than just that likelihood. the phrasing of the secret also suggests guy because there's no mention of sexuality-related anxiety. And as a female, if I were writing this, I would have said "anxiety around OTHER ladies" since I myself am one.

You're eventually going to make some assumptions of an anon based on what they say, even if it's not their gender.

Yeah, basically this. It was the phrasing. Also people who are nervous around one gender are most likely to be the opposite gender. Not always, but mostly, to the point that most people would note it if that wasn't the case. So if OP was an exception to that pattern, I assume it would have been mentioned.
