Assuming it's just these six and we go by space/time requirement, and imagining stories in which their abilities both suit and challange them...

Katara: Mage of Time.

Sokka: Knight of Mind

Aang: Heir of Breath

Zuko: Paige of Void

Toph: Seer of Space

Azula: Maid of Life (her primary goal is to heal herself, and in doing so, be able to heal others)

I considered making Zuko hope but realized he's better challenged by being a big old NOTHING.
